PS Gandhi Nagar की Crack Team ने Motor Vehicle Theft cases में शामिल दो आरोपियों को ट्रेस किया है।

Shahdara District Police को Motor Vehicle Theft के खिलाफ बड़ी सफलता मिली है।

PS Gandhi Nagar की Crack Team ने दो आरोपियों को ट्रेस कर चोरी की Bullet motorcycle बरामद की है।

इस कार्रवाई के साथ PS Gandhi Nagar में दर्ज 02 Motor Vehicle Theft cases को work out किया गया।

पुलिस की लगातार मेहनत और प्रभावी investigation के चलते वाहन चोरी में शामिल आरोपियों तक पहुंच बनाई गई।

📍 Location: Gandhi Nagar, Shahdara District, Delhi

INCIDENT:-
An online complaint/e-FIR regarding theft of a Bullet motorcycle was registered vide e-FIR No. 017015/26 U/s 305(B) BNS, PS Gandhi Nagar, Shahdara District, Delhi.
Taking the matter seriously, the Crack Team of PS Gandhi Nagar was tasked with tracing the stolen motorcycle and identifying the persons involved in the offence.
TEAM:-
A dedicated team comprising:-
1. SI Vikas Kumar,
2. HC Rahul Chaudhary and
3. HC Aman Bansal,
Crack Team, PS Gandhi Nagar, undertook the investigation, under the leader ship of SHO/Gandhi Nagar and over all supervision of DCP/Shahdara.
INVESTIGATION:-
The team conducted extensive CCTV analysis of the area surrounding the place of occurrence and adjoining routes. The CCTV footage was meticulously examined to develop the movement trail of the stolen motorcycle. The team simultaneously conducted sustained field verification and developed local intelligence to identify the persons involved.
Through persistent efforts and continuous follow-up of CCTV and field leads, the team succeeded in establishing the movement of the stolen motorcycle and identifying the accused persons.
During investigation, it was revealed that accused Shahzad had stolen the Bullet motorcycle and subsequently sold it to accused Shanu @ Sahanwaj, who acted as the receiver of the stolen property.
The team thereafter traced both accused persons and successfully recovered the stolen Bullet motorcycle.

ROLE OF ACCUSED PERSONS:-
1. Shahzad R/o New Seelampur, Delhi. Age: 25 years
He was found involved in the theft of the Bullet motorcycle and subsequently sold the stolen vehicle to the receiver.
2. Shanu @ Sahanwaj R/o Gali No. 5, Azad Chowk, Sangam Vihar, Wazirabad, Delhi
He was found to be the receiver of the stolen motorcycle, having purchased the same from accused Shahzad.
RECOVERY:-
 One stolen Bullet motorcycle, recovered in connection with e-FIR No. 017015/26 U/s 305(B) BNS, PS Gandhi Nagar, Shahdara District, Delhi.
CASES WORKED OUT:-
The investigation resulted in the detection of the following 02 motor vehicle theft cases:
1. e-FIR No. 017015/26, U/s 305(B) BNS, PS Gandhi Nagar, Shahdara District, Delhi.
2. e-FIR No. 015987/26, U/s 305(2) BNS, PS Gandhi Nagar, Shahdara District, Delhi.

RESULT:-
The successful recovery of the stolen motorcycle and detection of two motor vehicle theft cases further demonstrates the commitment of Shahdara District Police towards curbing vehicle theft and strengthening public confidence in the police
