जाफराबाद थाना पुलिस की तेज़ कार्रवाई में हत्या के मामले का खुलासा करते हुए दो आरोपियों को पकड़ा गया, जिनमें एक Child in Conflict with Law यानी CCL भी शामिल है।

पुलिस ने वारदात में इस्तेमाल चाकू भी बरामद कर लिया है।

TWO ACCUSED, INCLUDING ONE CCL, APPREHENDED | WEAPON OF OFFENCE RECOVERED

The alertness, swift response and dedicated efforts of the team of PS Jafrabad led to the detection of a murder case within just 04 hours, with the apprehension of two accused persons, including a Child in Conflict with Law (CCL). The weapon of offence, a knife, has also been recovered.

On 06.09.2026 at about 10:15 PM, information was received at PS Jafrabad from JPC Hospital regarding a person who had been brought to the hospital with a stab injury and was declared brought dead by the attending doctors.

On reaching the hospital, the deceased was identified as Sahil (19 years), S/o Fahim, R/o Amroha, Uttar Pradesh. He was working and residing at a factory of powder coating owned by Azam Khan S/o Gous Mohammad, situated at Gali No. 4, Chauhan Bangar.

During the initial investigation, it emerged that the deceased had allegedly been stabbed by one of his co-workers, also named Sahil. The Forensic Science Team was immediately called to the scene of crime, where relevant physical and forensic evidence was collected.

Accordingly, FIR No. 305/26 dated 07.09.2026 under Section 103(1) BNS was registered at PS Jafrabad and investigation was taken up.

SWIFT INVESTIGATION & APPREHENSION
A dedicated team comprising SI Ayyub, HC Nafis, HC Sunny and Ct. Udham, led by Inspr. Kiranpal, ATO/Jafrabad and ACP Tanvir Ashraf, SHO/PS Jafrabad, under the supervision of Shri Sehdev Kumar Rana, ACP/Bhajanpura, immediately swung into action.

Through sustained efforts, systematic investigation and development of vital clues, the team successfully traced and apprehended the accused Sahil (21 years), S/o Gulzar, R/o Gali No. 14, Near Makka Masjid, Gautam Puri, Delhi, along with a CCL aged about 15 years, within a remarkably short span of approximately 04 hours. The knife allegedly used in the commission of the offence was also recovered at the instance of the accused persons.

During sustained interrogation, accused Sahil disclosed that he had been working with the deceased for the last about three years. He allegedly developed a grudge against the deceased over a comment made by him in abusive language on Instagram, which ultimately resulted in the fatal confrontation.

The CCL is stated to be a friend of accused Sahil and had reportedly been staying with him for the last three days.

The prompt response, coordinated investigation and sustained efforts of the team resulted in the swift detection of the murder case within 04 hours, apprehension of both accused persons and recovery of the weapon of offence.
