PATROL TEAMS OF POLICE STATION SULTANPURI AND NIHAL VIHAR ARRESTED TWO ACCUSED UNDER ARMS ACT

On 19.06.2026, a police team of PS Sultanpuri comprising HC Chhoti Lal and Ct. Abhay was conducting patrolling duty in the area. During patrolling, the staff reached near C-Block, Sultanpuri and noticed a suspicious person who tried to hide himself after noticing the police presence. Sensing foul play, the alert police team acted swiftly and apprehended him, who was identified as Rohit.

OPERATION:-

On 19.06.2026, a police team of PS Nihal Vihar comprising HC Shyam Sunder and HC Kuljeet was conducting patrol in the area of Nihal Vihar. During patrolling, the staff reached in front of a house, Ranhola Extension and noticed a suspicious person who tried to escape after noticing the police staff. However, the alert police team acted swiftly and apprehended him, who was identified as Harsh@Golu.

During his personal search, one button actuated knife was recovered from his possession. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 460/26 under section 25 of the Arms Act was registered at PS Nihal Vihar.

The accused was arrested and the recovered button-actuated knife was seized in accordance with due legal procedure.

1. Rohit R/o Sultanpuri, Delhi, Age 38 yrs.

2. Harsh@Golu R/o Nangloi, Delhi, Age 23 yrs.

* 02 Button-actuated knives
