🟡 BACKGROUND OF THE CASE :-
As per the directions of Sh. Kushal Pal Singh, IPS, DCP/Dwarka and under the supervision of Sh. Subhash Malik, ACP/Operations Cell/Dwarka, Anti Narcotics Cell headed by Insp. Kamlesh Kumar is working hard to make Dwarka District crime free.
As per the orders of senior officers a continuous watch is being kept on habitual narco offenders who are released on bail and are not ensuring their presence before the concerned court.

🟡 TASKING & FURTHER EFFORTS :-
A dedicated team of Anti-Narcotics Cell, Dwarka District under the supervision of Inspr. Kamlesh Kumar -I/C Anti-Narcotics Cell/Dwarka District consisting of SI Naveen Kumar No. D-683, W/ASI Sonu No. 2226/DW, HC Gopal Yadav No. 471/DW, HC Mahipal No. 2105, Ct. Rahul No. 1332/DW and Ct. Mukesh No. 1692/DW was formed to trace habitual narco offenders who are released on bail and are not ensuring their presence before the concerned court and are declared as proclaimed offenders by the hon’ble court.
Accordingly on 16.06.2026, team of Anti-Narcotics Cell/Dwarka conducted verification drive of foreigners who were declared Proclaimed Offenders by the Hon’ble court. During the verification drive two foreigners were apprehended from PS Uttam Nagar area.
One foreigner namely Somadina Hilary Augustin s/o Augustin Ohanyera r/o State Anambra, Nigeria, Aged 36 Years was found to be involved in case FIR No. 699/2020, u/s 08/21/25 NDPS Act 467/468 IPC & 14 A Foreigners Act, PS Vikaspuri, in which commercial quantity of Heroin Drugs was recovered.
The foreigner is found to be declared P.O. by the Hon’ble Court vide order dated 06.04.2026.
Another foreigner namely Stainly Anekwe s/o Anekwe Chijioke r/o Delta State, Nigeria, Aged 36 Years is found to be involved in case FIR No. 723/2024 u/s 14 A foreigners Act, PS Nihal Vihar and process u/s 84 BNSS has already been started against the foreigner.
Both the above mentioned foreigners are being produced before the Hon’ble court on 17.06.2026 and intimation has already been sent to concerned police stations.

🟡 ACCUSED'S PROFILE :-
1. Somadina Hilary Augustin s/o Augustin Ohanyera, R/o State Anambra, Nigeria, Aged 36 Years.
2. Stainly Anekwe s/o Anekwe Chijioke, R/o Delta State, Nigeria, Aged 36 Years.
Both accused were previously involved in the above mentioned cases in which they were declared as proclaimed offenders.
