INTERROGATION:
During interrogation, it was revealed that both the accused persons originally hail from Nepal and presently residing in a rented room in Mukundpur, Delhi. They disclosed that on the intervening night of 05-06/07/26, they had stolen a scooty from the area of PS Adarsh Nagar to commit crime. In the early morning, while roaming in the area of Gandhi Vihar on the stolen scooty, they targeted a boy walking there on foot. They parked their scooty at some distance and robbed of mobile phone of the boy after beating him and then, they escaped from the spot. On the basis of their disclosure, another two cases of snatching of PS Timarpur were also solved.

Further investigation is in progress.

PROFILE OF ACCUSED PERSONS:
Rajender @ Kallu, aged 28 years, R/o Janta Vihar, Mukundpur, Delhi is primary literate and addicted to drug and alcohol. He originally hails from Nepal and shifted to Delhi in his childhood. He is a History Sheeter (BC) of PS Shalimar Bagh, Delhi and previously involved in 14 cases of robbery, snatching and theft of different police stations of Delhi.
Upender Shah, aged 25 years, R/o Janta Vihar, Mukundpur, Delhi has studied upto 12th standard and addicted to drug and alcohol. He hails from Nepal and often visits Nepal. He was previously involved in 2 cases of similar offence.

RECOVERY:
One robbed mobile phone.
One stolen scooty used in the crime.
