द्वारका जिले की एंटी-बर्गलरी सेल को बड़ी सफलता मिली है। पुलिस ने आदतन चोर और सेंधमार सुबार्ट गुप्ता उर्फ रिशु उर्फ टेड़ा को गिरफ्तार किया है। आरोपी के कब्जे से एक चोरी की स्कूटी और एक चोरी का मोबाइल फोन बरामद हुआ है। पूछताछ में आरोपी ने कई वारदातें कबूल कीं, जिसके बाद 4 और चोरी व सेंधमारी के मामलों का खुलासा हुआ। आरोपी पहले भी दर्जनभर से ज्यादा मामलों में शामिल रह चुका है फिलहाल आरोपी से पूछताछ जारी है और पुलिस आगे की जांच में जुटी हुई है।"

TASKING AND TEAM :-
As desired by DCP Dwarka District, a special drive against habitual burglars and thieves active in the district is currently underway.
A special dedicated team comprising HC Ritesh Kumar No. 884/DW (IO), HC Anil No. 1702/DW, HC Parveen Kumar No. 1479/DW and Ct. Ashish No. 1854/DW was constituted under the close supervision of Insp. Basant Kumar, I/C Anti-Burglary Cell and under overall supervision of ACP/Operations, Sh. Subhash Malik.
🟡 INFORMATION & ARREST:-
On 07.07.2026 at about 07:30 PM, a special informer gave information to the team that accused Subart Gupta @ Rishu @ Teda, previously involved in burglary cases/stolen mobiles Phone/vehicle thief, would be arriving near MCD Park, L-Block, Mahavir Enclave, Dabri, Delhi at about 08:30-09:00 PM on a stolen scooty.
On this input, a raiding team was immediately constituted.
At about 08:45 PM, on the pointing out of the informer, accused Subart Gupta @ Rishu @ Teda was apprehended near the said spot. He was found riding a Honda Activa scooty bearing No. DL 9SBJ XXXX without key and with a broken lock.
On checking through ZIPNET, the scooty was found stolen vide e-FIR No. 014724/2026, U/s 305(2) BNS, PS Dabri.
On personal search, one Realme mobile phone was also recovered from his possession, which on verification was found stolen vide e-FIR No. 80048902/2026, U/s 305 BNS, PS Dwarka North.
🟡 DETAILS OF ACCUSED :-
1. Subart Gupta @ Rishu @ Teda S/o Tripurari Singh, R/o Sanjay Enclave, Bindapur, Delhi, age 24 years.
He is a habitual offender with more than a dozen previous cases of burglary/theft/MVT registered against him at various PSs.
As per his disclosure, he fell into wrong company after moving to Delhi in 2020/21 and developed an addiction to intoxicants. To fund it, he took to committing burglary/theft along with his associates Rahul and Suraj.
