OUTER DISTRICT POLICE CRACKDOWN HARD ON PROCLAIMED OFFENDERS, TWO WANTED MURDER ACCUSED ARRESTED

Total 06 Proclaimed Offenders arrested by the teams including two accused who are declared PO in a murder case registeredat at PS Mundka
Accused Deepak Chadha is previously involved in more than 70 cases including Theft, MV Theft & Excise Act and BC of PS Netaji Subash Place (North West District)
All accused were declared as POs by the Hon'ble Court
Team from Proclaimed Offender Cell comprising ASI Ranvir, Pradeep Rohilla and HC Pradeep Rohilla and PO team from PS Rani Bagh comprising ASI Pawan and HC Amit received credible intelligence regarding the whereabouts of 06 Proclaimed Offenders (POs).
Acting swiftly on this reliable input, the teams planned and executed targeted raids at the specified locations and apprehended 06 suspects from different areas of Delhi and NCR. They were identified as Manoj Sharma, Suryansh, Lakshay @ Jony, Halim Khan, Deepak Chadha and Sunder Khan.
On verification, they were found to be declared as POs by the Hon’ble Court in connection with the following cases:

2. FIR No. 114/2026 u/s 140(1)/127(2)/103(1)/351(3)/238/3(5) BNS, PS Mundka

4. e-FIR No. 483/2020 u/s 188 IPC, PS Mangolpuri
5. FIR No. 165/14 u/s 379/411/34 IPC, PS Rani Bagh
6. CC No. 313/22 u/s 138 NI Act & 174A IPC, PS Mangol Puri

4. Halim Khan R/o Mangolpuri , Delhi, Age 40 years
5. Deepak Chadha R/o Shakurpur, Delhi, Age 35 years
