2015 के Rash Driving Case में 11 साल से फरार आरोपी आखिरकार पुलिस के हत्थे चढ़ गया। PO Cell, AATS की dedicated team ने एक Proclaimed Offender को गिरफ्तार किया है

आरोपी FIR No. 1708/2015, धारा 279 IPC, थाना Tilak Nagar में वांछित था।

लगातार फरार रहने के बाद आरोपी को माननीय न्यायालय द्वारा 1 अगस्त 2026 को Absconder घोषित किया गया।

इसके बाद PO Cell, AATS की टीम ने आरोपी की तलाश तेज की और उसे गिरफ्तार कर लिया।

INCIDENT, INFORMATION & TEAM

As part of the ongoing drive to trace and apprehend proclaimed offenders and absconders, in compliance with the directions of senior officers, dedicated efforts were being made by the PO Cell, AATS/West under the direct supervision of Insp. Mukesh Meena, I/C AATS/West and Sh. Rajesh Kumar, ACP/Operation, West District.

On 11.08.2026, a dedicated team comprising HC Raj Kumar, HC Ram Niwas and W/HC Sunita was assigned the task of tracing the accused wanted in FIR No. 1708/2015 U/s 279 IPC, PS Tilak Nagar.

During sustained efforts, the team developed specific secret information regarding the movements of the accused. Acting promptly on the input, the team laid a trap and successfully apprehended the accused from Vikas Vihar, Chander Vihar, Delhi. The accused was identified as Boby Singh R/o Chander Vihar, Delhi, Aged 30 years.

Verification of records confirmed that the accused had been declared an absconder on 01.08.2026 by the Court of Sh. Vikas Madaan, Ld. JMFC-07/West, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi, for evading the judicial process.
