PS MS Park की Crack Team ने एक शातिर चोर को गिरफ्तार कर चोरी के मामले का महज़ 12 घंटे में खुलासा कर दिया।

आरोपी के कब्ज़े से 02 मोबाइल फोन, 01 सोने का मंगलसूत्र और ₹11,000 नकद बरामद किए गए।

पुलिस की कार्रवाई से कुल 03 चोरी के मामलों का खुलासा हुआ।

अपराधी कितना भी शातिर हो, कानून की पकड़ से बच नहीं सकता।

On 13.08.2026, a PCR call regarding theft in the house of the complainant was received at PS MS Park. On receipt of the information, immediate action was taken and E-FIR No. 80066831/26 dated 13.08.2026, U/s 305 BNS, PS MS Park, District Shahdara, Delhi, was registered. Considering the seriousness of the offence, a dedicated team was immediately constituted with the objective of identifying and apprehending the culprit and recovering the stolen property.

The team was headed by Inspector Rajesh Kumar Mishra, SHO/PS MS Park, under the close supervision of Sh. Mukesh Kumar, ACP/Seemapuri, and overall guidance of DCP/Shahdara.
INVESTIGATION & ARREST:-
Immediately after registration of the case, the police team visited the spot and conducted a detailed investigation. CCTV footage from the place of occurrence and adjoining areas was collected and meticulously analysed.
During examination of the CCTV footage, clear images of the suspect were obtained. The team thereafter activated its informer network and, through sustained efforts and local intelligence, identified the accused as Jatin @ Jhai @ Bhau, aged 24 years, R/o near Gopal Vatika, Shahdara, Delhi. While the team was conducting searches to apprehend the accused, a reliable informer provided information that the wanted accused had been spotted in the parking area near Shahdara Railway Station and could be apprehended. Acting swiftly on the information, the police team reached the spot and successfully apprehended the accused. He was arrested in connection with E-FIR No. 80066831/26.
RECOVERY:-
During the personal search of the accused, the following property was recovered:
 01 stolen mobile phone
 ₹11,000/- cash
During sustained interrogation, the accused disclosed that another stolen mobile phone and a gold mangalsutra, allegedly stolen on the same day, had been kept at his residence. The police team subsequently took the accused to his residence, from where the following additional stolen property was recovered:
 01 mobile phone
 01 gold mangalsutra
Thus, a total of 02 mobile phones, 01 gold mangalsutra and ₹11,000/- cash were recovered.
CASES WORKED OUT:-
The arrest of the accused has resulted in the working out of the following 03 cases:
1. E-FIR No. 80066831/26 dated 13.08.2026, U/s 305 BNS, PS MS Park, District Shahdara, Delhi.
2. E-FIR No. 80044949/26 dated 01.06.2026, U/s 303(2) BNS, PS MS Park, District Shahdara, Delhi.
3. E-FIR No. 80045320/26 dated 02.06.2026, U/s 303(2) BNS, PS MS Park, District Shahdara, Delhi.
INTERROGATION:-
During sustained interrogation, the accused disclosed his involvement in the present theft case and other theft incidents. The accused further disclosed that he is addicted to drugs and allegedly committed house thefts to arrange money for meeting his drug-related needs. Further investigation is underway to ascertain his involvement in other criminal activities and to verify the recovery of additional stolen property.
