PS Nihal Vihar की टीम ने 02 सक्रिय चोरों को गिरफ्तार किया, जिनमें 01 चोरी का माल रिसीवर भी शामिल है।

• 01 चोरी का Auto Rickshaw
👉 गिरफ्तारी के बाद 05 मामलों का खुलासा हुआ।
👉 सभी आरोपियों का पूर्व आपराधिक इतिहास भी सामने आया है।
मामले में आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई जारी है।

BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE:
On 20.08.2026, a complaint was received wherein complainant alleged that someone broke the lock of his shop and stole 02 commercial LPG cylinders, 02 inverter batteries and ₹5,000/- in cash.
Subsequently, as per the statement of complainant e-FIR No. 80069201/26 u/s 305/317(2)/331(4)/3(5) BNS was registered at PS Nihal Vihar.
TEAM CONSTITUTION:
A dedicated team comprising HC Iqbal, HC Dharampal, HC Pwan, Ct. Sanjeet and Ct. Deshraj led by Insp. Shispal, SHO/ Nihal Vihar under the overall supervision of Sh. Rajbir Lamba, ACP/ Paschim Vihar was constituted.
OPERATION AND RECOVERY:
During the course of investigation, the police team meticulously analyzed footage from CCTV cameras installed in and around the place of occurrence. During the analysis, some persons were noticed arriving at the spot in an auto-rickshaw.
Simultaneously, local intelligence was developed and sustained efforts were made to identify and trace the accused persons involved in the incident.
Based on specific intelligence regarding the presence of the accused persons along with the auto-rickshaw at Rishal Garden, Nangloi-Najafgarh Road, a well-coordinated raid was conducted at the identified location and two suspects were apprehended along with one auto-rickshaw. On enquiry, they were identified as Mohit @ Patha and Rajiv.
During the search of the auto-rickshaw, one commercial LPG cylinder was recovered, which was found to be stolen in the present case, vide:
• e-FIR No. 80069201/26, under sections 305/317(2)/331(4)/3(5) BNS, PS Nihal Vihar.
When asked to produce the relevant documents of the auto-rickshaw, they failed to provide the same. Upon verification, the auto-rickshaw was found to have been stolen in connection with:
• e-MVT FIR No. 289/2026 dated 14.07.2026, PS Palam Vihar, Gurugram, Haryana.
Accused persons disclosed that, after committing the crime, they sold the stolen articles to one person namely Mahender and provided information regarding his whereabouts.
Acting upon the information, the police team conducted a raid at the specified location in Vikas Nagar, Uttam Nagar and apprehended one suspect, identified as Mahender.
The team recovered 01 Commercial LPG cylinder and 04 domestic LPG cylinders from his possession which were found stolen in:
• e-FIR No. 80069201/26 u/s 305/317(2)/331(4)/3(5) BNS, PS Nihal Vihar. (01 Commercial LPG cylinder)
• e-FIR No. 80054713/26 dated 06.07.2026, PS Nihal Vihar. (02 domestic LPG cylinders)
• e-FIR No. 80059974/26 dated 27.07.2026, PS Nihal Vihar. (01 domestic LPG cylinders)
• e-FIR No. 80071618/26 dated 27.87.2026, PS Nihal Vihar. (01 domestic LPG cylinders)
Further verification revealed that all accused persons had previously been involved in other criminal cases too.
All accused persons were arrested and all recovered articles were seized.
