BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE:-
On 15.06.2026, a PCR call regarding a night burglary at a residential house was received at PS M.S. Park. Acting upon the information, a case vide E-FIR No. 80049624/26 dated 15.06.2026, under Sections 305/331(4) BNS, was registered and investigation was taken up.

BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE:-
On 15.06.2026, a PCR call regarding a night burglary at a residential house was received at PS M.S. Park. Acting upon the information, a case vide E-FIR No. 80049624/26 dated 15.06.2026, under Sections 305/331(4) BNS, was registered and investigation was taken up.
To crack the case, a dedicated team comprising ASI Sunil Kumar, HC Anuj, HC Pradeep, HC Deepak, HC Abhay Panwar, HC Jitendra and ASI Rahul (TST) was constituted under the leadership of Insp. Rajesh Kumar Mishra, SHO/M.S. Park, under the close supervision of Shri Mukesh Kumar, ACP/Seemapuri, and overall guidance of DCP Shahdara.
Through technical surveillance and human intelligence, the suspect was identified as Rafikul @ Bhokti @ Mogti @ Nata. Further verification revealed that he was a habitual offender with an extensive criminal record.
ARREST & RECOVERY:-
Acting swiftly on the leads developed during investigation, the police team successfully apprehended:
 Rafikul @ Bhokti @ Mogti @ Nata R/o New Seemapuri, Delhi. Age: 32 Years.
Following his arrest, a search was conducted and the stolen laptop pertaining to the present case was recovered from his residence.
INTERROGATION:-
During sustained interrogation, the accused confessed to his involvement in the present burglary case. He disclosed that he is addicted to narcotic substances and committed house thefts and burglaries to finance his drug addiction and meet his personal expenses. Further efforts are being made to recover additional stolen property and ascertain his involvement in other similar offences.
PROFILE OF THE ACCUSED:-
Rafikul @ Bhokti @ Mogti @ Nata R/o New Seemapuri, Delhi. Age 32 Years.
PREVIOUS CRIMINAL INVOLVEMENTS:-
The accused Rafikul @ Bhokti @ Mogti @ Nata is a habitual offender and has been found previously involved in 15 criminal cases pertaining to theft, snatching, Arms Act violations and house theft/burglary cases.
RECOVERY:-
 01 Laptop recovered from the possession of the accused.
